Upon receipt of payment and submission of URLs, we will process your run within the timeframe specified for your chosen plan tier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on volume and system load.

All content, features, and functionality of the Website and Services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of IP Whatsacc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the data you submit (URLs, keywords). We retain ownership of the processed results format, analytics, and platform infrastructure.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pavlodar, Republic of Kazakhstan.
