- Channel metadata: channel ID, channel title, description, default language, and branding, used to identify the correct channel for upload and to verify authorization.
- Video metadata: titles, descriptions, tags, categories, playlist assignments, default visibility, and thumbnails of videos we upload on your behalf — used to publish, edit, and organize your video content.
- Analytics: aggregated public-style metrics (views, watch time, impressions, click-through rate) for the videos and channels we manage — used to report performance back to you.
- Comments and community: where authorized, comment metadata to support moderation tasks.
5.3 How we use, store, and protect Google user data
- Google user data is used only to perform the Services you have authorized, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
- We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in each case with notice consistent with this policy.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless (a) we have obtained your affirmative agreement to view specific messages or content, (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable Google API requirements.
- Access tokens and refresh tokens issued by Google are stored encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and automated systems that need it to perform the Services.
- Authorization can be revoked by you at any time as described in Section 5.1.
5.4 Deletion of Google user data
If you terminate your engagement with us or revoke our access, we will delete or anonymize the Google user data we hold about you within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us via the channels in Section 13.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Service operational data (URLs, scripts, video files, analytics snapshots) is retained for the duration of your engagement plus a reasonable archive window, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
