Refund Policy

1. Overview
IP Whatsacc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for the indexing check and SERP position monitoring services ("Services") provided through nedoorezov.com.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
2.1 Full Refund
- Service not started: if you request a refund before we begin processing your run, you are entitled to a full refund
- Complete service failure: if we are unable to deliver any results for your run due to a failure on our end, you are entitled to a full refund
2.2 Partial Refund
- Partial delivery: if we deliver results for significantly fewer pages than purchased (less than 80% of the ordered volume) due to a fault on our end, you may be eligible for a proportional refund for the undelivered portion
- Quality issues: if the results contain significant inaccuracies affecting more than 20% of the delivered data, and the issue is attributable to our systems, a partial refund may be issued upon review
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Completed runs: once a run has been completed and results delivered in full, no refund will be issued
- User error: if incorrect URLs, keywords, or data were submitted by the user
- Third-party changes: if results differ from expectations due to changes in Google's indexing or ranking algorithms
- Dissatisfaction with results: refunds are not issued because of unfavorable indexing or ranking data, as the Service reports actual status
- Violation of Terms: if your account was terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via Telegram at @nedoorezov within 7 days of the run completion date (or payment date if the run was not started)
- Provide your order details, including run ID or payment reference
- Describe the reason for your refund request with any supporting evidence
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative method in agreement with you.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
